All of our classes are alignment and anatomy based with a focus on clear, accessible instructions and precise, hands-on adjustments; not only allowing students to continually go deeper into postures but helping students gain the utmost benefit from their practices.
Additionally, our classes are designed to promote physical and mental well-being in a friendly, non-competitive environment. We teach Hatha Yoga, the traditional type of yoga using asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) to develop accurate alignment, core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control.
