For people of all ages and stages of life, from the beginner to the more experienced yoga practitioner. All of our classes are alignment and anatomy based with a focus on clear, accessible instructions and precise, hands-on adjustments; not only allowing students to continually go deeper into postures but helping students gain the utmost benefit from their practices.

Additionally, our classes are designed to promote physical and mental well-being in a friendly, non-competitive environment. We teach Hatha Yoga, the traditional type of yoga using asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) to develop accurate alignment, core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control.

Hatha Blend Yoga

Whether a newcomer to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Classes begin with gentle stretches, a flowing sequence of sun salutations synchronized with breathing techniques, standing and balancing poses, as well as core work to strengthen your body, increase your stamina and flexibility. Transitions between postures are simple, designed to promote confidence, empowerment and trust within oneself, concluding with long stretches and deep breathing meant to calm and revitalize.

Mind-Body Release SM

Reduce anxiety/stress, improve sleep and protect against chronic tension by bringing balance back to the mind-body connection with a gentle mat practice, that invites calm space thru breath and deep stretching. Tailored to address the specific physical and emotional needs related to illnesses including Auto-Immune; Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; Fibromyalgia; Multiple Sclerosis; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); those living with Cancer, survivors and/or their caregivers. Instructors are trained and certified to follow the ‘Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction’ program created by Jon Kabat Zinn.

Sculpt & Stretch Conditioning

A perfect blend of fast and slow twitch muscle activation, strength, sculpting, cardio optimization and a transformative metabolic boost for up to 24 hours. A class filled with choreography that’s fun and challenging: Warm up with Sun Salutations; power up with rounds of High Intensity Interval Training (HIT), then cool, cleanse and stretch it out with a refreshing and restoring savasana.

Therapeutic Stretch Yoga

This breath-centered practice balances strength and flexibility, customized to the unique needs of each student. The yoga postures are offered at various power levels and include a well-rounded stretching regimen designed to improve range of motion throughout the entire body. The pace of movement allows ample time to modify for joint issues and health conditions. This class is ideal for those who like the option to be challenged to their limits or experience a more meditative yoga practice. Appropriate and beneficial for all levels/abilities and those with injury and/or chronic pain.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A powerful sequence of sun salutations synchronized with breathing techniques, standing and balancing poses, as well as core work to strengthen your body, increase your stamina and flexibility. Transitions between postures move quickly and may include inversions.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
